Position 1: Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales)

Job Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify sales leads through digital, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Present luxury real estate projects to prospective buyers.
- Conduct client meetings, virtual presentations, and coordinate site visits.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with CRM, documentation, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Candidate Profile

- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Luxury Sales, Banking, Insurance, or other consultative sales roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.




- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Position 2: Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain project details and generate qualified sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the Relationship Management team.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
- Maintain daily calling reports and CRM records.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi with basic English proficiency.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
