The role involves managing quantity take-offs, cost estimation, billing support, and cost control activities for construction projects. The candidate will ensure accurate measurements, cost monitoring, and compliance with contract requirements while coordinating with site, billing, and planning teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare quantity take-offs based on drawings and specificationsPrepare and verify BOQs, estimates,
and cost statementsMonitor project costs and support cost control measuresAssist in preparation and verification of RA bills and final billsCoordinate with site engineers for measurements and work progressAnalyze variations, extra items, and rate analysisMaintain proper documentation related to quantities, costs, and contractsSupport procurement and material reconciliation activitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction ManagementApplications from other domain will not be considered. Experience3-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveyor roles in construction industry.SkillsStrong analytical and numerical skillsGood understanding of BOQ preparation, estimation, and rate analysisKnowledge of construction contracts and cost managementAbility to interpret drawings and specifications accuratelyExcellent coordination and communication skillsKnowledge of MS Project or Primavera is an added advantageContact1.
