This role involves managing various HR processes, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Selection:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.- Employee Relations:- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns,
