Job Summary
About the Role
As part of HealthCloud delivery team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that support healthcare workflows and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Development: Build and customize Salesforce Health Cloud applications, including Care Plans, Patient Profiles, and Provider Networks.
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with healthcare systems (EHR, FHIR, HL7) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare data security standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile sprints.




• Deployment & Support: Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and provide post-implementation support.
• Innovation: Recommend best practices and new features to enhance patient engagement and operational efficiency.

Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6-8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in Health Cloud, Sales, Service & Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows.
• Strong understanding of Health Cloud data model and healthcare workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and data migration.
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7 standards.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud Accredited Skilled) preferred.
• Knowledge of Industry cloud – OmniStudio, DataRaptor is good to have.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Copado, Flosum.

Other Requirements
1. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
