1. Project Delivery & Execution
Senior PMs ensure successful execution of medium–large, often complex projects.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing full project lifecycle using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Leading multi disciplined agile delivery teams and coordinating across functions.
• Monitoring tracking, progress, issues, and interdependencies across teams
• Ensuring “definition of done,” acceptance criteria, and phase estimations are met.

2. Issue, Risk & Dependency Management
A Sr. PM is accountable for proactive risk handling and escalation when necessary:
• Identifying risks, assessing their impact, and implementing mitigation plans.
• Coordinating issue resolution across technical and business stakeholders.
• Managing dependencies across workstreams / test tracks.

A Senior PM must demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and cross functional collaboration:
