To be responsible for managing and controlling processes within delivery operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards, while supporting the overall functionality of non-voice operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify Erroneous, Inaccurate, And Inefficient Outputs/Processes, Communicate These To Leadership, And Participate In Problem Resolution.
2. Implement And Maintain Company Safeguards To Protect Confidential Client Information.
3. To Review & Resolve Discrepancy And Troubleshoot & Support Call Floor Production Output.
4. To Support In Carrying Out Floor Operations Specific To Their Functions.
