Key Responsibilities
• Define enterprise-wide transformation roadmap
• Define role-based learning journeys and drive large-scale capability development programs
• Leverage AI tools to create agile learning modules and oversee creation of training content
• Drive adoption of AI-powered learning and define success metrics & KPIs including adoption metrics, capability metrics and business impact
