Job Summary
Required Skills

Core Technical
• Automation development using one or more:
Power Automate / Logic Apps, ServiceNow Flow Designer, UiPath/Automation Anywhere, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication (OAuth2, tokens), and integration patterns.
• Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem) and service operations.

Platform Knowledge
• ServiceNow (IntegrationHub, Scripted REST, Flow Designer),



Power Platform, Azure basics.

Key Responsibilities
• Digital workplace tools: M365/Teams, Webex, endpoint management (Intune, MECM/BigFix), AD/Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Security/IAM concepts: RBAC, MFA, conditional access, identity lifecycle, basic security operations workflows.

Behavioral / Delivery
• Strong stakeholder communication, structured problem solving, and documentation discipline.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery model with a value-first mindset (effort vs impact).

Skill Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
• 4–8+ years’ experience in automation/integration development (adaptable based on level).
• Experience in enterprise IT operations or digital workplace environments preferred.
