Role Summary
The End User Computing Specialist is responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting modern workplace solutions with a solid emphasis on Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and cloud-managed endpoints. This role ensures secure, scalable, and user-friendly device management across Windows, macOS, iOS,



and Android platforms, while driving adoption of Modern Desktop practices.

Key Responsibilities
Device Management & Modern Desktop
• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for endpoint management
• Lead or support Modern Desktop migrations (SCCM to Intune / co-management / cloud-native)
• Deploy and manage Autopilot provisioning (user-driven, pre-provisioning, self-deploying)
• Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines
• Manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB) policies including rings, feature updates, and driver updates
