Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy predictive models using supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques. Build and maintain ML pipelines for real-time and batch processing. Develop RESTful APIs to serve ML models and integrate with enterprise systems. Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for ML services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Document model architecture, training workflows, and deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development. Solid proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with time-series modeling, clustering, classification, and anomaly detection. Familiarity with FastAPI or similar frameworks for building ML APIs. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker) and Azure databricks. Knowledge of OAuth2, API security, and integration with enterprise authentication systems. Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies While Implementing Infrastructure As Code Using Powershell And Python To Automate Deployment Processes.

Provide Advanced Support For Complex Incidents, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues Using Jenkins Automation.
3. Engage In Knowledge Base Updates And Management, While Training New Hires And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities And Service Delivery.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Leveraging Iac Tools And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Optimal Operations And Robust Security Posture.
5. Ensure Positive Customer Experiences And High Csat Scores By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions Or Reopened Cases, And Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats.
