Job Summary
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to provide strategic leadership for a .NET and Azure–based API integration program, delivered primarily through offshore engineering team. This role owns end‑to‑end program execution, delivery governance, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring predictable outcomes enterprise‑grade integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, offshore delivery expertise, and executive‑level communication skills.

Key Accountabilities
Program Ownership: Define and execute the program vision, roadmap, success metrics, and delivery milestones for enterprise API integration initiatives.
Offshore Delivery Leadership: Establish and govern effective onshore–offshore operating models, ensuring accountability, velocity, and quality across distributed teams and vendors.
Strategic Technical Oversight: Partner with Customer and engineering team to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant Azure‑based integration designs aligned with enterprise standards.
Stakeholder & Executive Management: Act as the single point of accountability for business and technology stakeholders; provide transparent, data‑driven status, risk assessments, and recommendations.
Risk, Quality & Release Governance: Proactively manage dependencies and program risks; ensure strong quality gates, release readiness, go‑live execution, and post‑production stabilization.

Required Experience & Capabilities




10+ years in software delivery with 5+ years in technical program management
Proven success leading offshore delivery programs
Strong technical understanding of .NET‑based APIs and Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, API Management, messaging/event‑driven architectures)
Deep knowledge of enterprise API integrations, security (OAuth2/JWT), and CI/CD practices
Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills across global teams

Nice to Have
Experience integrating with Oracle ERP (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP)
Exposure to ERP‑to‑cloud integration patterns
Background in cloud modernization or enterprise platform transformation

Education
Masters’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
PMP / SAFe / Agile certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities
1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.
2. To ensure process improvement and compliance and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
3. Responsible for shaping the overall project strategy working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and keeping track of schedule to ensure on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
4. To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
5. Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
