Role Overview

The Senior Associate – School & Government Relations will play a key role in strengthening partnerships with government schools and local education stakeholders to enable the successful implementation of Bhumi’s Whole School Transformation Program (WSTP). The role will focus on building trusted relationships with Headmasters, Block and District Education officials, and other key stakeholders, ensuring smooth program implementation, resolving operational challenges, and supporting government engagement efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and manage solid relationships with Headmasters, teachers, and government education officials to support program implementation.

- Coordinate with schools, government stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless program execution and resolve implementation challenges.

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, school visits, trainings, workshops, and review sessions.

- Maintain accurate documentation, partnership records, and stakeholder reports.

- Represent Bhumi professionally, strengthen government partnerships, and identify opportunities to expand program impact.

Preferred Educational Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.





- 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, government relations, school partnerships, education programs, or community engagement.

- Experience working with government schools or education departments will be an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory); proficiency in English is preferred.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to navigate government systems with professionalism and patience.

- Good documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.

- Proactive problem-solving and robust ownership of responsibilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in field-based settings.

Other Information

- Scope: Full-time

- Remuneration: 4 -5 LPA (based on candidate profile)

- Expected Joining Date: Immediate

- Designation: Senior Associate – School & Government Relations

- Reporting To: Assistant Manager – School & Government Relations

- Location: Coimbatore, with 40–50% travel to Anaimalai.

- Minimum Commitment: 2 years
