Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle for raw materials, industrial components, and MRO items critical to Parasmani Engineering's metal fabrication operations in Viramgam, Gujarat.
- Strategically source and evaluate suppliers, focusing on cost, quality, and delivery performance for specialized metal products and engineering parts.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors, ensuring optimal pricing, lead times, and adherence to quality standards essential for our precision manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to accurately forecast material needs and maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Implement and continuously refine procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance within a dynamic, mid-sized company workplace (21-50 employees).
- Drive initiatives for cost reduction and value engineering, contributing directly to Parasmani Engineering's profitability while upholding product integrity.

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience required in a purchase or procurement role.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management, specifically within the metal manufacturing, heavy engineering,



or industrial components sector.
- Proven negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and managing supplier relationships effectively for industrial-grade materials.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and quality systems relevant to a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP) for managing purchase orders, inventory, and supplier data.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
