Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B. Sc. Nursing) or equivalent medical qualification (e.g., MBBS, DNB in Critical Care, or equivalent).

- Valid license to practice in the relevant medical or nursing council (e.g., NMC, State Nursing Council).

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or intensive care settings.

- Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications.

- Strong understanding of hemodynamics, respiratory physiology, and critical care pharmacology.

- Experience with ICU equipment including ventilators, infusion pumps, arterial lines, and cardiac monitors.

- Exceptional clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and composure during high-pressure situations.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

- Willingness to work versatile shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
