Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a centralized Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using Jira Assets Cloud. The role includes integrating asset inventory and identity data from Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Jamf, Active Directory, and Manage Engine into Jira Assets. Develops and supports REST API integrations, automation workflows, and scripting solutions to enable asset discovery, data synchronization, and lifecycle management. Configures and manages asset schemas, object types, attributes, relationships, and import structures to ensure accurate and reliable asset data across the setting.
