Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Solid Works applications.
Troubleshoot modeling, assembly, drawing, and performance issues.
Support Solid Works PDM administration and user management.
Install, configure, and upgrade Solid Works software.
Investigate software crashes, licensing, and compatibility issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
Conduct user training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.
Coordinate with Dassault Syst mes/Solid Works support for complex issues.
Support CAD standards, templates, libraries, and best practices.
Work with engineering and IT teams to ensure system availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Solid Works PDM.
Knowledge of CAD data management and revision control.
Understanding of Windows environments and software deployment.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer support skills.
