Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate will have solid Salesforce platform expertise combined with experience in Generative AI, Data Cloud, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and enterprise integrations.
The role involves building intelligent customer and employee-facing agents that automate business processes, enhance customer service, and drive operational efficiencies across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, Retail, or other industries.

Key Responsibilities
Agentforce Development
Design, configure, and deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
Develop autonomous agents for customer support, sales, service, onboarding, and operational workflows.
Build custom agent actions, topics, and conversation flows.
Configure Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and AI-powered workflows.




Fine-tune agent behavior to improve accuracy, compliance, and user experience.
Salesforce Development
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using:
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Aura Components
o SOQL/SOSL
o Flows and Process Automation
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds such as:
o Sales Cloud
o Service Cloud
o Financial Services Cloud
o Experience Cloud
AI & Data Management
Configure and utilize Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities.
Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data.
Develop AI-powered recommendations and predictive insights.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance.
Integration & APIs
Develop integrations using:
o REST APIs
o SOAP APIs
o Platform Events
o Mule Soft
o External AI services
Connect Agentforce agents with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
Governance & Security
Implement Salesforce security best practices.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, and enterprise governance policies.
Monitor AI agent performance, audit trails, and response quality.
Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and AI teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
