Job Description: Power Platform & Copilot Bot Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Automate Developer & Copilot Bot Engineer to design, build, and optimize automation workflows and intelligent conversational bots using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.

- Utilize Copilot in Power Automate to generate and edit flows through natural language prompts.

- Develop intelligent bots and conversational agents using Copilot Studio.

- Integrate flows and bots with Microsoft 365 apps, Share Point, Teams, Service Now, APIs, and Dataverse.

- Leverage Power Platform Copilot for accelerated development.





- Document solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2 5 years of experience in Power Automate development.

- Experience in building bots using Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.

- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

- Experience with APIs, JSON, connectors, and setting administration.

Mandatory Skills:

- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.

- Familiarity with Azure services, AI Builder, or OpenAI technologies.

- Exposure to ALM pipelines in Power Platform.
