Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing comprehensive technical documentation across our Software Ecosystem, which consists of multiple independent services and applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Dev Ops, and Business Analysts to transform complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and manage technical documentation for all software systems and services.

- Produce comprehensive documentation for each independent service, including architecture, workflows, APIs, and integrations.

- Develop User Guides, Administrator Guides, Quick Start Guides, Installation Guides, and Configuration Manuals.

- Create and maintain API Documentation using industry best practices.

- Prepare Knowledge Transfer (KT) documentation to support internal teams.

- Develop and maintain Policies, Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Document business processes, system workflows, and database structures.

- Produce Release Notes, Change Logs, training materials, FAQs, and Knowledge Base articles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and ensure documentation accuracy.

- Manage documentation using EDMS or documentation management platforms, ensuring proper version control and governance.

- Continuously review and update documentation to reflect product enhancements, releases, and process improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software development environment.





- Proven experience creating technical documentation, API documentation, user manuals, and Knowledge Transfer documentation.

- Experience developing Policies, Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, databases, and modern software architecture concepts.

- Experience with documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, Share Point, Git Book, or similar tools.

- Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

- Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

- Solid organizational, analytical, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
