✨ We're looking for a creative junior content creator who knows how to turn raw footage, ideas, trends, and AI tools into engaging social media content.

You will not be required to appear on camera.

ApplyAZ is hiring a Junior Social Media Content Creator to support the daily creation, publishing, and management of content across our social media channels.

You will work with authentic footage recorded by our presenters and team, turning it into Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousel posts, graphics, LinkedIn posts, and other platform-ready content.

This role is suitable for someone early in their career who already has practical content creation skills, enjoys experimenting with new formats, and wants to grow within a fast-moving international education company.

What You'll Do

- Edit authentic raw footage into Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content
- Create Instagram carousel posts, graphics, covers, thumbnails, and branded visuals
- Create AI-assisted videos, visuals, voiceovers, animations, and other social media assets
- Write transparent hooks, captions, headlines, and calls to action
- Prepare and maintain the social media content calendar
- Schedule and publish approved content consistently
- Adapt content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit, and other relevant platforms
- Repurpose content across different platforms without making it feel repetitive
- Create Instagram Stories based on daily topics, announcements, educational content, and existing footage
- Reply to comments and help maintain a professional and active online community




- Identify relevant influencers and content creators
- Contact influencers, introduce collaboration opportunities, and follow up professionally
- Maintain records of influencer outreach and collaboration status
- Research trends, content formats, competitor activity, and new content ideas
- Monitor basic performance metrics such as views, reach, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth
- Improve content based on performance and feedback
- Collaborate with presenters, editors, and the marketing team

What We're Looking For
- A junior or early-career content creator with practical social media experience
- A portfolio, active social media account, or work samples showing content you have created
- Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Experience creating social media graphics using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
- Basic experience with AI content tools for video, images, voiceovers, scripts, or design
- Ability to turn raw footage into clean, engaging, platform-ready content
- Understanding of Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousel posts, and LinkedIn content
- Good written English for captions, outreach messages,



and social media posts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and improve quickly
- Ability to manage deadlines and complete assigned content consistently
- Professional communication skills when contacting influencers and creators
- Availability for the required part-time schedule during the first three and a half months

You do not need to be an expert in every platform or tool. We are looking for someone with strong fundamentals, a reliable work ethic, and the willingness to learn.

Bonus Qualifications

- Previous experience managing a social media page
- Experience with influencer or creator outreach
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or LinkedIn Analytics
- Experience creating content for education, study abroad, travel, or student-focused brands
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Descript, or similar platforms
