Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
Role Overview
Dotts is looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Sales Cloud development and up-to-date Salesforce development practices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions, writing clean code, and working collaboratively using Git-based version control.
Experience with Marketing Cloud is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations
- Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Customize and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Use Git and version control best practices for source code management
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing applications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Git and version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and REST APIs
