Project Summary

We are building a best-in-class digital organization where ERP serves as a robust and adaptable backbone, supported by innovative technology solutions. We are looking for a Planning Analytics (TM1) Applications & Platform Owner to take strategic and operational ownership of our Planning Analytics platform and its hosted applications. This role combines technical architecture, platform stability and compliance, application lifecycle management, and acts as the key liaison between business stakeholders, support teams, and vendors, enabling financial and business planning processes through a secure, scalable, and high-performing TM1 environment. The Planning Analytics platform hosts all TM1 applications, primarily for finance but also for other business units, ranging from small to extended and standard to critical, making this a transversal role requiring strong coordination across teams.

Platform Activities

- Define and maintain the technical architecture of the Planning Analytics platform
- Plan and execute platform-level activities such as software upgrades, versioning, patching, and disaster recovery testing
- Lead troubleshooting investigations to find root causes and decide the best technical solutions to reported issues
- Perform capacity planning and ensure optimal use of infrastructure resources
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools and KPIs for platform performance and availability
- Ensure compliance with our quality, security, and audit standards for all platform-level operations
- Manage vendor relationships related to infrastructure, licensing, and platform services
- Innovate to improve service delivery, platform scalability, and cost efficiency
- Create, maintain,



and enhance the PA license reporting tool (Power BI or similar) and other platform utilities
- Ensure platform readiness for all hosted applications, regardless of size, complexity, or regulatory requirements

Application Activities

- Act as the internal Application Owner and bridge between the Product Owner, Support Team, and business stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day application management, including audits, MDM coordination, data quality, and planned operational activities
- Lead incident management by reviewing and resolving critical or aged items in collaboration with the Support Team
- Perform digital admin tasks: start/stop environments and cubes, backup/restore applications, create/delete cubes, write calculation scripts, manage security roles, and maintain admin interfaces
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification of applications based on evolving business needs
- Manage the lifecycle of Planning Analytics applications, from development to decommissioning
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, processes, and changes

Mandatory Experience

- At least 10 years of experience in Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Profile combining Developer, Architect, and Product Owner skill sets
- Solid experience in a similar role managing Planning Analytics (TM1) platforms and applications
- Strong technical background combined with robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Experience

- SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Cognos TM1, AWS)
