Role Summary

We are seeking a Veeva Network skilled to implement, configure, and maintain our customer master data management (MDM) environment. The ideal candidate ensures accurate, compliant, and connected HCP/HCO (healthcare provider/organization) data across all our systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and administer Veeva Network (data model, match rules, workflows, and survivorship logic)
- Manage data stewardship processes, including change requests, data change management, and suspect match resolution
- Integrate Veeva Network with Veeva CRM, third-party data providers (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo Health, etc.), and downstream systems
- Maintain reference data, hierarchies, and address/HCP-HCO relationships
- Support data quality, deduplication, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., DCR governance, GDPR/HIPAA)
- Partner with commercial, IT, and data governance teams to translate business needs into Network configuration





Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Veeva Network (administration and/or data stewardship)
- Direct exposure to data stewarding — managing data change requests (DCRs), resolving match/merge issues, and maintaining data accuracy and completeness
- Understanding of life sciences customer master data (HCP/HCO) and reference data
- Familiarity with Veeva CRM and data integration concepts (APIs, ETL, flat-file loads)
- Strong analytical and data quality skills; attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; life sciences/pharma industry experience preferred

Nice to Have

- Veeva Network certification
- Experience with third-party data sources (IQVIA, Komodo Health etc.)
- SQL and reporting/analytics exposure
