Protocol & Telecom Expertise , Core and Advanced Java
Mandatory skills
• Strong foundation in system software development, networking basics, Solid hands-on experience with Linux / RHEL
• Hands-on experience with multithreading and advanced debugging techniques
• Extensive development experience in:
• Core and Advanced Java
• JAX-RS, and RESTful application programming
• Excellent proficiency in object-oriented design principles and design patterns
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies; public cloud Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) experience is a plus
• API Standards: Familiarity with OpenAPI (Swagger) for REST API design and documentation.
• API Gateway Experience (Desired): Experience with API gateway solutions in Kubernetes environments (e.g., NGINX, Envoy, Istio Gateway, or cloud managed gateways like AWS API Gateway), including routing, load-balancing (L4/L7), security, tls/mtls termination and traffic management.
• Protocol & Telecom Expertise (Must)




• Strong experience in protocol development
• DIAMETER/SIP/SS7-MAP/HTTP/2 Development.
• IN telecom protocols (CAMEL, INAP, MAP, TCAP).
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, with robust focus on the telecom domain

Key Responsibilities
1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance/compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
