Role Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Custom Module Developer with solid experience in custom and scoped application development. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform in alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance custom/scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio.
• Configure and script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Design custom tables, forms, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Implement REST/SOAP integrations and external system interfaces.
• Support unit testing, UAT, defect fixes, and BAU enhancements.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security,
and upgrade compatibility.
• Implement custom APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects related to custom modules in BAU and enhancement phases.
• Build and customize tables, forms, views, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and business logic aligned with business requirements.
Required Skills
• Strong hands on experience with JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience in custom module and scoped app development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow core platform.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
• ServiceNow CAD (Highly Preferred)
• CIS - ITSM
