Job Summary
Azure DevOps with Scrum Master skills
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with strong Scrum Master capabilities to lead Agile teams and manage DevOps pipelines for enterprise-level applications. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Azure DevOps tools, CICD pipelines, and Agile-Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master Duties:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth team collaboration.
• Track sprint progress, KPIs, and report to stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity.

Azure DevOps Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments.
• Manage Azure Repos, Boards, Pipelines, and Artifacts.
• Monitor and improve build-release processes and infrastructure automation.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable DevOps practices.

Required Skills Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum frameworks Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
• Experience with CICD, Git, YAML pipelines,



and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with programming concepts and database querying.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Scrum Master CSM or Professional Scrum Master PSM.
• Experience with hybrid project management Agile + Waterfall.
• Exposure to tools like Power BI, Azure Data Lakes, or ETL pipelines.
• Government or ERP project experience optional.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Responsibilities
1. Designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps tools.
2. Providing technical guidance and support to development teams in adopting DevOps practices.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps solutions seamlessly into the software development lifecycle.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Azure DevOps implementations.
5. Conducting training sessions for clients on utilizing Azure DevOps tools effectively.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in Azure DevOps tools and services.
2. Strong experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
3. In-depth knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
4. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
7. Certifications in Azure DevOps or related areas would be advantageous.

Other Requirements
1. Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification is preferred.
