Key Job Description:
• Perform in-process quality assurance during manufacturing, filling and sealing of products.
• To provide line clearance prior to Manufacturing and filtration, Filling and sealing activity during Batch and Product change over.
• To review executed batch records for accuracy, completeness and compliance for Batch release.
• To Verify the equipment’s used in packaging activity for its calibration and preventive maintenance status.
• Responsible for issuance of requested BPR.
• Participating in investigation for deviations/Market complaint/OOS.
• To track the CAPA initiated as a result of Self-audit, Customer Complaints, Regulatory audit.
Qualification:
B. Pharm / M.Sc
Years of Experience:
03 to 05 Years
Experience in Zydus:
01 to 02 Years
Experience / Exposure in:
Must have knowledge and experience in injectable Manufacturing plant.
