Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
• Create designs for Active Directory and Windows File Services for global initiatives.
• Work with project and support teams to ensure their successful implementation.
• Design and implement resilient on-premises Active Directory structures (sites, domain controllers, global catalogs) to minimize single points of failure.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID resilience features, including hybrid identity setups, pass-through authentication, and application proxy to ensure cloud-based access remains available.
• Implement AD hardening techniques, monitor audit logs for anomalous activity (e.g., GPO changes, account lockouts), and manage privileged access to protect against attacks.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly test automated, immutable backup and recovery plans for AD and Entra ID configurations.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem management for the IAM/PAM environment.
• Create and maintain system documentation and look for ways to improve processes and provide training as needed.
• Work with vendors and partners as required.

Key Requirements:
• Five or more years' experience supporting Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS), Certificate Authorities (CA),



and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Agile Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name Systems (DNS), Distributed File Systems (DFS), and Windows Server Operating Systems - 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019.
• Experience with AD disaster recovery, such as Semperis or Quest AD.
• PowerShell proficiency for auditing, scripting, and automating recovery tasks.
• Experienced in Microsoft System Center Operation Manager (SCOM).
• Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; Physical Server architecture; Virtualisation Technologies (e.g. VMware, HyperV) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies.
• Able to develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.
• Experienced in Windows Server OS maintenance, virtualisation knowledge, work on virtualisation machines performance, troubleshooting, understand storage and backup concept.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Active Directory administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar certification.

Key Responsibilities

2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
4. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
