Job Summary
This role oversees the management, optimization, and continuous enhancement of Privileged Access Management operations using advanced CyberArk and related PAM technologies. The individual is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving process innovation, and empowering teams to deliver secure and compliant access solutions that align with client and organizational objectives. We are seeking an experienced BTPM L3 Engineer with strong expertise in Privilege Management for servers and user endpoints. The role involves managing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise-grade privileged access controls while acting as a technical escalation point for complex issues. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring secure, compliant, and secure privileged access operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead CyberArk PAM operations by managing and optimizing privileged account workflows using CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM, ensuring robust security and compliance across enterprise systems.
2. Oversee integration and operationalization of PAM tools, including BeyondTrust Privileged Identity, DELLONE TPAM, NETIQ PAM, and Thycotic DevOps Secrets Vault, to streamline privileged access processes.

Drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging PAM Tool REST APIs and PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks, enhance reporting, and optimize incident response.
4. Serve as primary escalation point for complex PAM incidents, providing expert-level troubleshooting and developing solutions that address root causes and prevent recurrence.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate client requirements into actionable PAM support strategies, ensuring consistent delivery on SLAs and client expectations.
6. Mentor and guide operations team members in advanced PAM practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and transparent communication.
7. Champion innovation by evaluating emerging PAM technologies and implementing best practices to strengthen security posture and operational efficiency.

Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Understanding Of Beyondtrust Privileged Identity, Dellone Tpam, Netiq Pam, And Thycotic Devops Secrets Vault.
2. Expert In Automating Pam Operations Using Rest Apis And Powershell Scripting For Process Optimization And Reporting.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills In Complex, High-Availability Pam Environments.
4. Strong Ability To Translate Business And Client Requirements Into Secure, Scalable Pam Solutions.
5. Excellent Leadership, Mentoring, And Communication Skills Within Technical Teams.

Other Requirements
1. CyberArk Defender or CyberArk Sentry certification (optional but valuable).
2. BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer (optional but valuable).
3. Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (optional but valuable).
