Role- Business Coach/ Key Account Manager

Location- Okhla, New Delhi ( work from office)

Salary- upto 30k

Role Overview

As a Business Coach at Bada Business, you will work closely with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and professionals enrolled in our coaching programs. Your role will be to guide, mentor, and empower clients — helping them implement business strategies, track progress, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Coaching

- Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions for clients across various verticals (entrepreneurs, SMEs, professionals).
- Guide clients through Bada Business frameworks and help them implement strategies related to sales, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership.
- Monitor client progress, analyse performance, and provide actionable insights to ensure business growth. Motivate clients, set milestones, and hold them accountable for execution of action plans.

2. Relationship Management

- Serve as the main point-of-contact for your assigned client portfolio.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.




- Understand clients unique needs and recommend suitable Bada Business programs or solutions.

3. Business Understanding & Value Delivery

- Develop a solid understanding of clients business models, pain points, and market challenges.
- Offer tailored solutions and best practices to address client-specific issues and drive tangible outcomes.
- Collect client feedback and liaise with internal teams (Product, Content, Sales) to help improve program delivery and client experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Freshers with good communication and business acumen are welcomed.

• Prior experience in client-facing roles such as sales consulting, business advisory, training, account management, or coaching.

• Robust understanding of business operations, strategy, marketing, finance, and leadership — with the ability to guide diverse clients.

• Excellent communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust, manage relationships, and motivate clients to achieve their business goals.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams, and contributing to process improvement
