- Product Registration: Handle the registration of products under FDCA (Food and Drugs Control Administration) for necessary approvals.
- Label Claim Verification: Coordinate with the Formulation & Development team to confirm and validate claims mentioned on product labels and the regulatory classification of each product.
- Artwork Coordination: Work closely with the Sales and Design teams to ensure that product artworks (for existing and current products) meet all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Renewals & Compliance: Manage the timely renewal of product approvals under applicable regulatory bodies, maintaining full compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0–1 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs (preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or pharma).
- Good knowledge of FDCA and other relevant cosmetic product regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance and deadlines.
