Job Summary
Key Responsibilities -
1. Reporting Strategy, Design & Development
a. Design, build, and optimize UKG Pro Integrations using standard and advanced reporting tools such as:
Technical (Mandatory): Boomi integrations ( Flow between - Pro WFM, Workday, SWP, Other systems), Datahubs, CRT Tables
Functional (Good to Have): Labor Management - Pro WFM, SWP, Timekeeping, Forecasting, ESS, Scheduling, Predicative Scheduling, Attenstation, Attendance
b. Analyze requirements with HR and BAU Operations stakeholders to deliver accurate, meaningful, and compliant dashboards and reports.
c. Develop custom integrations, data extracts, and analytical views to support KPIs, compliance audits, workforce planning, and operational insights.
d. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and formatting across reports and reporting packages.
2. Integration Architecture & Solution Design
a. Design and architect integrations between UKG Pro WFM, UKG SWP and third‑party systems, ensuring alignment with business processes and data governance standards.
b. Create functional and technical integration specifications detailing data mapping (CRT Tables), transformation logic, dependencies, and data flows.
c. Recommend integration best practices and scalable architecture patterns to support UKG Pro WFM data management.
3. Integration Development & Configuration
a.



Build and maintain integrations using UKG Pro integration tools including:
Boomi REST & SOAP APIs flows
CRT Tables
Connectors
SFTP
b. Configure automated file transfers, API-based integrations, and scheduled data exchanges with third‑party applications such as:
Workday
UKG Pro WFM
UKG SWP
Other Integrations - Inbound & Outbound from GPD systems
c. Develop and manage inbound/outbound files, SFTP feeds, and API endpoints for secure and efficient data movement.
d. Develop and support integrations between payroll and external systems such as Timekeeping (TLM/WFM), Advantages, ERP systems, and Retail industry platforms.
e. Build and maintain secure inbound/outbound payroll interfaces using tools such as:
Boomi APIs (REST/SOAP)
SFTP file transfers
f. Ensure proper data flow across systems, validate data mapping, and resolve discrepancies related to time files, retail industry files and payroll outputs.
4. Data Mapping, Validation & Quality Assurance
a. Perform detailed data mapping between UKG Pro and external systems, ensuring compatibility, accuracy, and completeness.
b. Validate integration results, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and coordinate fixes with technical and functional teams.
c. Conduct root-cause analysis for integration failures, interface errors, and data misalignment issues.
5. Testing,



Monitoring & Optimization
a. Build and execute test scripts for integration and reporting deliverables, including:
Unit testing
System integration testing (SIT)
User acceptance testing (UAT)
b. Monitor integration performance, handle exceptions proactively, and optimize integration logic for efficiency and reliability.
c. Maintain error logs, audit reports, and performance dashboards for all key integrations.
6. Documentation & Compliance
a. Document integration architecture, data flow diagrams, technical specifications, transformation rules, and configuration decisions.
b. Create and maintain reporting catalogs, metadata documentation, and data dictionaries.
c. Ensure integrations and reports comply with data protection standards, audit requirements, and labor and payroll regulatory guidelines
7. Support, Troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, and deploy integration solutions using boomi platform
2. Collaborate within team to gather and analyze requirements
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to integrations
4. Perform testing and quality assurance of integration solutions
5. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
6. Stay updated on boomi best practices and implement them in projects
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in boomi development and implementation
2. Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies
3. Experience with restful and soap web services
4. Knowledge of cloud platforms like aws or azure
5. Good problem-solving and communication skills
Other Requirements
1. Boomi Platform Developer I certification is preferred
