Job Summary
JD is to run Windchill performance testing with below skillset
Performance testing tools– like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
Basic programming/scripting– Python, Java, or Groovy (for writing scripts and analysis)
Understanding of APIs & web applications– how requests, responses, and protocols work
Monitoring & analysis– tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or AppDynamics to identify bottlenecks
Knowledge of performance concepts– load, stress, soak testing, SLA, SLI/SLO
Basic databases & SQL– to validate data and analyze queries
Valuable problem-solving skills– to identify root causes of performance issues
Reporting skills– ability to analyze results and clearly explain findings

Key Responsibilities
1. Create performance testing scripts and execute the same.
2. Find out the errors/issues and fix it.
3. Prepare the final report
