Job Summary
Mandatory Skills Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment, rollout, governance & adoption at enterprise scale, including support and monitoring Strong M365 collaboration expertise SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 workloads, migrations, and troubleshooting Copilot Studio extensibility– design and implementation of plugins, integrations, and Copilot agents Power Platform solution design & delivery– Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents (design, test, document) Enterprise solution engineering skills– SPFx, VS Code, Node.js, and at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, etc.) Client‑facing advisory & communication skills– ability to understand business goals, guide best practices, and communicate fluently in English Secondary Skills Azure & Azure OpenAI Services exposure– supporting Copilot scenarios and integrations Microsoft Graph APIs & Graph Connectors– surfacing enterprise data into Copilot experiences Operational excellence– troubleshooting Copilot performance, reliability, and functional issues in production CI/CD & DevOps practices– Azure DevOps, GitHub, or equivalent source control and pipelines Good‑to‑Have Microsoft certifications– M365,

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues By Performing Root Cause Analysis Using O365 Administration Tools, Ensuring Timely And Effective Resolution Of Incidents.
2. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Sla Parameters By Leveraging O365 Administration Knowledge, Maintaining High Standards Of Service Delivery.
3. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Managing Support Activities, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies In All Operations.
4. Enhance The Knowledge Base By Documenting Solutions And Updating Relevant Articles, Facilitating Knowledge Sharing Within The Support Team.
5. Train And Coach New Analysts On O365 Administration Best Practices And Support Processes, Fostering A Collaborative And Knowledgeable Team Environment.
6. Focus On Achieving Positive Customer Experience And High Csat By Aiming For First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions Or Reopened Cases.
