Job Summary
The Linux Track Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of Linux platforms across production and non‑production environments. The role provides technical leadership, ensures SLA compliance, drives operational excellence, and acts as the primary SPOC for Linux services while leading L2/L3 teams.

• Filesystems, LVM, multipathing, performance tuning
• Patch management and OS hardening
• Troubleshooting boot, kernel, and system‑level issues
• ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
