Working closely with the Lead Program/Project Managers, as a Scrum Master, you will lead strategic initiative releases while influencing product, engineering, delivery, and partner teams to achieve goals and objectives. As the point person responsible for understanding the big development picture of each sprint, you are responsible for delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring the team is working on the right tasks at the right time. The Scrum Master will work closely with the product owner to translate epics, stories, and other items on the sprint list into actionable tasks for developers. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Effectively deliver business results by championing a culture of accountability and consistent application of project & program management practices. You will be a facilitator and motivator, working across departments and offices to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of programs and projects. Ultimately, we are responsible for helping teams achieve their goals, work strategically together, and remain as adaptable as possible in an ever-changing environment. Understand the relationships and impacts of programs and initiatives across business units. Apply specialized knowledge of industry standards/practices to portfolio, programs and initiatives.



Demonstrate mastery of program strategy and execution within the business domain. Be able to represent the business area, internally and externally. Provide recommendations on complex program dependencies that could affect the success of other initiatives. Be critical of established processes and suggest relevant improvements. Provide analysis and thought leadership on issues critical to the success of the business's strategic goals. Understand your strategic partners' objectives. Advise on the necessary programs to achieve success and provide value to Finastra. Develop a roadmap or framework for those programs. Drive strategic alignment across business units to succeed against company-wide goals. Own business outcomes by working with business area leaders to influence strategy. Drive the adoption of new processes across the organization.

Requirements
5+ years of experience working with software developers and/or product managers as a scrum master at a technology company. Certified scrum master required. 2+ years working with JIRA managing scrum ceremonies and creating regular reporting. Leading cross-functional coordination and team communications to deliver high impact project outcomes in a technology company. Working closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time). Leading multiple technical programs, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and fine-tuning the program as needed. Have in-depth experience with specific agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.

Naturally exude team-building, motivating, and conflict-resolving qualities. Strong in prioritization frameworks and matching skills to the right work.
