Job Summary
Automic Platform & Architecture: SME with knowledge in Automic application architecture and Oracle program scheduling. Administer and maintain the Automic Automation system, including agent management, environment configuration, system upgrades, and zero-downtime patching. Implement complex, event-driven, and time-based automation workflows, utilizing Automic Objects (Jobs, Workflows, Scripts, etc.). Knowledge in shell scripting to manage SFTP, FTPS transactions through autonomic jobs.

Oracle ERP/ASCP Workload Automation: ERP Integration: Expertly integrate Automic with Oracle ERP using the relevant Automic Agents to automate standard and custom concurrent programs, request sets, and other critical business processes. ASCP Orchestration: Focus on automating the complex nightly and daily supply chain and planning runs within the Oracle ASCP module, ensuring proper dependency management and timely completion of the planning cycles. Troubleshooting: Lead the investigation and resolution of complex job failures within the Oracle setting, leveraging Automic's reporting, logging, and monitoring capabilities. Compliance: License Management: Ensure staying compliant with the number of instances, job executions based on the license present for the environment. Reporting & Auditing:



Develop and maintain detailed reports for performance, audit trails, and compliance, ensuring all automated processing adheres to company regulations.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Automic Workload Automation (AWA), including design, development, administration, and support. In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for Job scheduling process, specifically with concurrent programs, request sets. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell, SQL/PL-SQL) for creating custom Automic jobs and interfaces. Experience with Automic implementations in Linux and windows environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
