Job Summary
Join us to build enterprise-grade solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You’ll design and implement secure, scalable capabilities across Dataverse, Azure integrations, and Dynamics apps, lead complex engineering initiatives, while driving operational excellence through automation and observability.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Implement plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript web resources, PCF controls or customizations using design patterns.
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments




• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Own automated unit/integration tests, regression suites, and non-functional testing (performance, security). Enforce code quality through PR reviews and static analysis.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (YAML) for solution packaging (managed/unmanaged), environment strategy (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), and ALM (Power Platform Build Tools).
Skill Requirements
• Solid hands on experience with Dataverse, PCF Controls, Plugins, and Web Resources.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics Platform
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
Other Requirements
• Microsoft Certified
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate or similar certifications preferred.
