Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions, with a robust focus on Generative AI and AI agents. The role involves end-to-end AI model development, data processing, system integration, and operationalization of models across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI use cases
• Build and implement AI Agents using modern orchestration frameworks
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-scale applications
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems via APIs and services
• Implement scalable and secure AI solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Establish and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Ensure performance, reliability, and compliance of AI solutions in production environments

Required Skills & Technical Expertise
• Strong proficiency in Python




• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI architectures
• Experience building AI Agents using frameworks such as:
o LangChain
o LangGraph
• Practical experience with RAG implementations
• Strong knowledge of API development and system integration
• Experience working across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and versioning

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade GenAI solutions
• Exposure to multi-cloud AI architectures

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
