Job Summary
L3: 10+ years of experience, L2: 7+ years of experience
1. Administer and manage PAM platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Azure PIM) including vaulting, session management, and credential rotation.
2. Implement least privilege, JIT/JEA models, and RBAC controls aligned with security and compliance requirements.
3. Onboard privileged accounts (human, service, application, break glass) and manage their lifecycle and periodic recertification.
4. Integrate PAM with IDP/IGA/SIEM/SOAR ecosystems for automated monitoring, alerts, and compliance reporting.
5. Monitor privileged session logs/recordings and investigate anomalies or high risk access patterns.
6. Drive remediation of audit findings, prepare evidence, and maintain auditor ready documentation.
7. Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, onboarding guidelines, and hardening baselines for PAM components.
8. Conduct periodic access reviews with application and platform owners; close exceptions with defined SLAs.
9. Plan and execute PAM upgrades, DR drills, performance tuning, and high availability configurations.
10. Engage with stakeholders to drive PAM adoption, improve user experience, and expand privileged access governance.

1. Lead And Optimize Identity Management Operations Using Cyberark Pam Tools, Ensuring Seamless Integration And Functionality Of Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, And Psm To Enhance Operational Reporting And Streamline Processes.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Thoroughly Understand Their Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Delivers Solutions That Consistently Meet Or Exceed Client Expectations.
3. Mentor And Guide Project Teams On Best Practices In Identity Management, Fostering Open Communication Regarding Project Goals And Progress.
4. Drive Innovation In Operational Processes By Identifying And Implementing Current Ideas That Enhance Efficiency And Contribute To Organizational Growth.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Leveraging Cyberark Pam Technologies To Address Customer Needs Effectively, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives And Delivering Measurable Results.

1. Proficient In Identity Management Principles And Cyberark Pam (Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, Psm).
2. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Experience In Operational Management.

Other Requirements
1. Cyberark Certified Administrator (Optional But Valuable).
