Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Noida. The CMO will define and execute the overall marketing vision and strategy for TechGropse || Next-Gen AI Services, ensuring strong positioning in digital transformation, AI, and product engineering markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing integrated marketing plans, overseeing brand management, leading demand generation and revenue-focused campaigns, and guiding content, digital, and performance marketing initiatives. The CMO will collaborate closely with sales, product,



and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategies, optimize lead pipelines, and support global expansion across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. This role also involves managing public relations, strengthening corporate communications, mentoring the marketing team, and using data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and refine marketing investments.

Qualifications

Strong market planning and marketing management skills, with a track record of leading comprehensive marketing strategies for technology or AI-focused organizations.
Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends in digital transformation and AI services.
Experience in public relations and corporate communications, including managing media outreach, brand reputation, and executive thought leadership.
Background in sales alignment and revenue-focused marketing, with the ability to collaborate with sales teams on lead generation, pipeline nurture, and conversion optimization.
Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably as CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Marketing in IT services, SaaS, or product engineering environments.
Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and demand generation across multiple channels (SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, events, and partnerships).
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including experience with marketing analytics tools and KPI-based
