Job Summary
This role of an Enterprise Monitoring & AI Operations Specialist is a technical position having sound knowledge of observability, monitoring & event management process, tools, and techniques. The role requires the individual to understand a wide range of enterprise applications software and technologies as well as business objectives and system requirements. Has good knowledge of IT Ops Automation for both Infrastructure Operations and Application Operations.

Responsible for maintaining enterprise-level monitoring toolsets requiring a moderate level of guidance and direction and work reviewed at critical points. Contributes to project work for medium to complex range. The duties include installation, configuration, and establishment of metrics for these toolsets. Makes performance enhancement recommendations. Research latest techniques for system and application measurement, tuning and implements when appropriate. Additional duties may include performance measurement, analysis, and troubleshooting.

Utilizes strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple teams to solve problems. Ability to develop relationships with peers, management, and key teams to accomplish goals. Has critical thinking ability, naturally curious, good project management skills, including experience managing multiple medium-scale projects in a cross-functional setting. Good organization, communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

Experience (Required)
• 4-6 or more years Information Technology (IT) experience, especially in a mid- to large-sized organization

Operating Systems/Platforms (Both Required)
• Min 2+ Years Exp: RedHat Linux 6+ Administration.
• Min 2+ Years Exp: Windows Server OS: 2012+ Administration.
• Working Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure)

Applications/Toolsets (Both Required)
• Min 5+ Years Exp: Modern AIOps/Observability tools that specifically cover Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Event Management, Synthetic Transactions, and Real User Monitoring, such as Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds, Splunk, ServiceNow ITOM etc.
• Min 1+ Years Exp (one or more): Micro Focus Operations Bridge Suite, Solarwinds Orion, and/or various storage and server hardware monitoring tools (Dell, HPE), etc.

Scripting/Programming
• Intermediate to advance knowledge and working years of experience with any modern language (Perl, PowerShell, Python)
• Hands on experience using Rest APIs,



working with Jason files, curl command etc.

Databases
• Conceptual MS SQ/Oracle DB knowledge.
