Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in Web Development focuses on leading and guiding the team in the development of web applications using JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js. Lead Developer – Frontend (with Full-Stack Potential)
Job Purpose
Coordinate development efforts across teams to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems. Encourage collaboration and shared ownership to deliver solutions that meet business objectives while maintaining strong technical standards and scalability.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Frontend development using React.
Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive and accessible interfaces.
Integrate frontend with GraphQL API and backend microservices.
Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
Participate in full-stack development when required (Node.js, C# microservices).
Ensure performance optimisation and cross-browser compatibility.
