Job Summary
Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle including allocation, tracking, and decommissioning • Maintain asset inventory accuracy across systems and tools • Update and manage CMDB records including asset ownership, status, and location • Perform periodic data validation and reconciliation of asset records • Track hardware and software assets and provide reporting and dashboards • Support incident, change, and problem management teams with asset data • Manage asset-related service requests and updates • Provide asset data for audits and compliance requirements • Ensure SLA adherence for asset-related activities • Coordinate with ITSM, infrastructure, and procurement teams
Key Responsibilities
The ITSM Process Manager L2 (Asset Management)
is responsible for operational execution and governance support of IT Asset Management processes within a managed services workplace. The role ensures accurate asset tracking, CMDB data integrity, SLA adherence, and support for audit and compliance requirements.
Skill Requirements
• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM / HAM) • Knowledge of CMDB management and data accuracy practices • Understanding of ITIL ITSM processes • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) • Basic understanding of infrastructure environments
Other Requirements
Experience 4–7 years in ITSM / Asset Management roles within enterprise or managed services environments
