Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Senior Analyst –Cash Ops
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The candidate will be in a frontline production role for the Payment Operations team at Bangalore. S/he will be expected to perform different tasks related to payment/receipt formatting/releasing as assigned to ensure that all SLA deliverables are met.
DUTIES
Process and team deliverables
Ensuring that all the tasks and team activities are completed on a timely basis and with high accuracy levels
Perform the quality checks on work completed by other partners as assigned
Ensure that all checklists are signed diligently and in a timely manner
Escalate issues and file incident reports as needed in a timely manner
Monitor individual/ team mailbox ensuring all emails have been actioned or filed in appropriate folder
Risk Management
Understand the business risks and ways to mitigate them
Follow all the laid down process controls
Maintain the requisite checklist
Work closely with the Team Lead to maintain a robust control environment
Administrative and Organizational expectations
Follow all the organization policies
Adheres to the procedures and the Code of Conduct displaying highest levels of integrity
Understand and display the A Approach behaviors
Training and Development:
Participate in partners training and development as needed
Work closely with Team Leads in ensuring that refresher trainings are conducted on time

Skills / Competencies required
2-4 year's experience in Cash and FX or related teams
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
