Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end SAP Basis projects including implementation, upgrades, migrations, conversions, and production support.

- Manage SAP landscape administration for SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, Net Weaver, and Solution Manager environments.

- Plan and execute SAP system installations, kernel upgrades, patching, refreshes, backup & recovery, and performance optimization activities.

- Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, cutover planning, and go-live activities.

- Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, Functional, Security, Infrastructure, Database, Cloud, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Govern Transport Management System (TMS), change management, release management, and ITIL-based operational processes.

- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies,



and deliverables while providing regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

- Manage vendors, contracts, licensing, procurement, and third-party service providers to ensure timely project execution.

- Lead disaster recovery (DR), high availability (HA), business continuity planning, and SAP infrastructure resilience initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, governance standards, and organizational best practices.

- Drive continuous service improvement, automation, operational excellence, and performance optimization across SAP environments.

- Mentor SAP Basis teams, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and support PMO governance through documentation, reporting, and executive dashboards.
