We are seeking a US Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support hiring for healthcare positions across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating qualified healthcare professionals while maintaining robust candidate relationships and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements.
Requirements
- 1 5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN), Allied Healthcare professionals, and other clinical staff.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as CEIPAL, Bullhorn, Job Diva, or similar platforms.
- Experience using job boards and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Knowledge of healthcare credentials, state licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening,
and interview coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions while meeting hiring timelines.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
