- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding across BPO, and RCM hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, Linked In, social media, employee referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Handle volume hiring, niche hiring, leadership hiring, BPO hiring, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) hiring across multiple business verticals.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, candidate assessments, reference checks, salary negotiations, and offer management.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands while ensuring a superior candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruitment tools to manage recruitment activities efficiently.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare hiring dashboards and reports,



and drive improvements in quality, cost, and turnaround time.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external recruitment vendors to achieve hiring targets and business objectives.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity hiring initiatives, and industry best practices throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to strengthen recruitment strategies.
- Build robust relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams through effective stakeholder management and communication.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, hiring efficiency, and talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth and business expansion across Non-IT, BPO, and RCM domains.
