Role: Lead Quality

Reporting to: Head Quality (GM)

Location: Sinnar, Nashik

Purpose

To lead quality department and maintain the QMS systems through collaborating with the production teams and ensure zero customer complaints

Education Qualification: B.E., B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Technical & Skilled Knowledge required:

• IATF 16949 2016/ ISO 9001 2015

• Quality core tools: SPC,MSA,FMEA,APQP,PPAP

•7QC tools,8D methodology, problem solving skills and WHY WHY analysis

• DOE

- Knowledge of welding process, hobbing, machining and heat treatment.

Experience required

- 12-15 years of experience in the following:

- Handling customer complaints and customer audits

- Must have lead a team in the quality department

- Should have worked in Inprocess and final quality





- Should have worked on QMS, IATF and ISO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure zero customer complaints

• Ensure that every employee adheres to the quality system

• Drive cost saving projects at various levels in the plant

• Implement a robust Kaizen culture and motivate employees to work towards Kaizens

• Ensure all the employees follow the safety practices established

• Responsible for developing direct online suppliers

• Organize daily quality meetings

• Repsonsible for line quality for both domestic and export customers

• Reduce process rejection through CAPA
