- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Manage and track sprint execution, velocity, and delivery timelines
- Work with Product Owners and BAs to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
- Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies impacting delivery
- Drive coordination across cross-functional teams (BA, Dev, QA, Data, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum framework
- Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.)
- Enable continuous improvement through retrospectives and process enhancements
- Support stakeholder communication and status reporting
- Ensure smooth release planning and delivery readiness
Positive to Have:
- Experience in data/analytics or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with tools like Jira / Azure Dev Ops
- Exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi-team environments
